Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

Tailored Voyage

Specifically for “The Promise” Collection.
- Each piece is made-to-order, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship. Please allow a minimal of 2-4 weeks for your order to be meticulously created before shipping.
- Delivery Time: Once we received the order, the option chosen at checkout will account for the process of receiving your items in a timely manner.

Specifically for “The Promise” Collection.
- USPS - Ground Advantage 3 to 6 business days
- USPS - Priority Mail 2 to 4 business days
- UPS - Next Day Air Early 1 to 2 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@hhue.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us at support@hhue.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
